- If you are registered to vote, you can vote.
- You can vote, even if:
- You do not have identification*
- The registration records are incorrect
- You are in line when the poll closes
- You make a mistake on the ballot: ask for a new ballot!
- You can receive assistance if you are:
- Physically disabled
- Over the age of 65
- Blind
- Physically disabled
- Unable to read or write
- If you come to the polling place, you cannot be turned away.
- You have the right to vote using a conditional or provisional ballot.
- You can ask to see a sample ballot and receive instructions.
- No one should harass you when you vote!
- If you have any problems voting, you can ask for help from the Chief Election Official at your polling place.
