Appearing on the website of KYC News  on Financial Crime and also in their newsletter is an article entitled  “Disgraced Olympian’s ex-doctor forms Miami “trust” Company.”

The item goes on to state that  “A Caribbean-based doctor who supplied the steroids that led to Canadian sprinter Ben Johnson''s disqualification at the 1988 Olympics has set up a Florida ''trust'' company with a debt-ridden accountant who has been involved with several fraudulently-operated offshore firms over many years…. Astaphan and .Boncamper, who both reside in Basseterre, St. Kitts are the only directors of Tegreman Trust (USA) which was formed in Florida on Dec. 6, 2006. Both have chequered pasts, with former a convicted criminal and the latter a notorious provider of false financial statements that have helped sham offshore firms to commit fraud”
