A Son of the Soil, Anthony Farrell who was born in Canada, but with roots in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis has been hired by the National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), as a writer for major programme on their network.
Anthony will write for "The Office" which airs on Thursday evenings at 8:30 p.m. The show is one of the most critically acclaimed comedies currently on television and has recently won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series.
Anthony is a Graduate of Queens University in Canada in Maths and Drama. He is married and has one daughter. He resides with his family in North Hollywood, California.
His early education was in St. Kitts in the early 1980s when his father was the proprietor of Budget-Rent-A-Car. Schools he attended while in St. Kitts were The Academy, The Convent School and George Moody Stuart. He has expressed gratitude and thanks first of all to Almighty God, his family, all his teachers and friends who have contributed significantly to his success and achievements in life thus far.
Anthony is also very active as an Actor, Producer and Director having written and appeared in several plays in both Atlanta and Los Angeles.
Anthony''s father, Frank Farrell, resides in St. Kitts.
Anthony''s contract is for three (3) years and started on May 17, 2007.
