Dr. the Right Honourable, Sir Kennedy Simmonds, first Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis was presented with the Medal of Honour and a Queens Certificate for his contribution to Anguilla.

The presentation was made by the Acting Chief Minister and Minister of Economic Development, Finance and Tourism Victor Banks at the Ronald Webster Park during the  Anguilla Day Parade on Monday May 30th.
